VTG Fisher Price Little People Play Family House Tudor Lot With Extras. Condition is "Used". In great played with condition especially for its age. Backgrounds are all in tact. Comes with an assortment of vintage furniture and 3 people. House is from 1969. The furniture and people are from varying years. Items with dates I see are 1972. Furniture and people are in good played with condition. May contain minor scuffs and marks from typical play, but no major damage. The two beds have their cushion that is missing/deteriorated over the years. There is still some foam residue in the beds. Can easily be seen in the pictures. The house itself is in great condition. Can also have minor scuffs and marks from typical play, but I showed the 4 spots that I see in a collage picture. There is a watermark/stain on the driveway, a couple spots on ground on the front right corner of the house, the ground is peeling up on back right corner, and where the roof of the garage comes together with the house the backing has been scraped off.
