    Description

    1974 vintage Sesame Street Fisher-Price play family play set #938. With nice clean stickers with little to no wear on the floors of the apartment units. A few of the furniture and characters. It’s a great piece for being so old. I love the way America made toys. This is solid.
    -Bert and Ernie have little to no wear. None of their hair has been biten off. None of the paint is worn off. The back of Ernie’s head is a bit dirty. I gave him a wipe down but he needs more.( need pics message)
    -Big bird has all its paint and looks great.
    -where the handle used to lock has been broken. I have never seen one that isn’t so I believe it’s a flaw.
    -on the top corner there is a small bump less then half an inch. (Need pics message)
    -lite dirty in some of the corners. I took a cotton swab to play set. It doesn’t show but I’m anal about things
    -All the stickers are on with no flaring or coming loose. They look exactly like the day they were place on. Except the side with big Birds house, above where the door is there are scratches, very lite. (See pics)
    -Mister Hoopers lunch Counter sticker in great condition, as well as the news stand. The Tv is great condition. The garage truck has all its lettering still great condition, Sesame Street sign is in great condition. The fire hydrant looks to be a factory mistake cause one half is not directly on the other half. (Need pics message)
    - Chalkboard has no writing on it whatsoever looks like it was never used.
    -outside wood structure one side is painted green, the other side is painted orange, slight wear on the green has a bit of Flaking, It’s so tiny as well as the orange side. (Need pics message)
    -Every sticker and every house is completely intact with no wear. I find this to be crazy, I don’t think it was played with much. One thing in Bert And Ernie’s house 3 tiny little bubbles on the floor sticker.
    - on the roof of the apartments there is one drop of discoloration. Not sure what it is but it’s there.
    This is a vintage toy so there will be flaws, I have tried to find each one. I might have missed a few but if I was a collector of Little People I would have this one in my collection. It’s in great shape. If you need more pics don’t hesitate to ask.
