    Overall, this vintage piece is in good condition!  Please note that this is strictly the building structure and the accompanying blue ramp -- no figures, cars, or accessories are included.
    Prints on this piece are in decent condition -- some may have mild fading/wear from age (~45 yrs!).  Also, while this toy has been cleaned, there may be minimal amounts of dust/debris in very narrow/difficult areas to clean.
