have a 20 Day Service Warranty.  If your item is not working or malfunctions within 20 Days of your order, please contact us to set up a Service Repair on that item and we will test and evaluate the item at no charge to you.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We accept checks, PayPal and all major credit cards. Payment must be received within 7 days of closing, or buyer forfeits all rights to purchase. If you don't have a PayPal account and wish to pay directly by credit card, please send us a message and mention you wish to pay for an eBay item.
RETURN POLICY:
All used items are sold on a "as is basis". No returns accepted on used items.
SHIPPING:
Most of our items are in stock and ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-5 business days).  We try to ship orders on the same day they come in.  In the unlikely event the item is on backorder from the manufacturer, we will immediately notify you after the transaction and give you an exact idea of when the item will be delivered to you.  If the item is large, it may be shipped via UPS Ground (6-9 business days).  Shipping fees are at a standard flat rate.  If you need the item immediately, please e-mail us to request special shipping.  Please review our feedback regarding shipping.  We are very proud of the fact that we get 99% of the orders to the customers within 3 days.  Shipping fees are not refundable and will only be given on a case-by-case basis.
