I am selling a Fisher Price Little People Play Family House playset in very good condition that was made in one form or another between 1968 and 1988. This playset is one of the brown and white versions made with a plastic base between 1987 and 1988.
The set include a brown and white house on a green plastic base and all the correct accessories that came with the original playset. The house opens up so you can play with the inside. The doors open and close. The doorbell rings.
This playset has a lot of play left in it.

The playset is in very good condition. Nothing is broken. The garage door and the front door work fine.

All the decals except the back outside wall are in very good condition with few blemishes.
On the 2
nd
floor part of the back wall there are some crayon markings on the white stucco sections.
The crayon markings are only on the white sections of this particular wall.

I have removed much of the crayon but you can still see some of it.
The rest of the building decals including the floors are great.
All the accessories including the people are in outstanding, new like condition. This toy has been cleaned and is ready for play as soon as you receive it.
